Our Journey
Safe Medicine. Safe Treatment. Protected People.
Your Health. Your Rights. Your Safety. Our Commitment.
Nirapod Oushodh Chai is a public-interest, awareness-driven, and collaborative initiative working to promote safe and quality medicines, transparent and accountable healthcare, and stronger protection of patient rights.
We believe that:
No one should suffer because of counterfeit, adulterated, substandard, unsafe, or expired medicine.
No patient should be deceived or subjected to unjustified financial pressure in the name of treatment.
No person should be held hostage by a healthcare system during a time of illness and vulnerability.
We seek to serve as a constructive partner to public institutions, a responsible voice for citizens, and a committed social force for building a safer, more transparent, and more humane healthcare system.
See. Know. Speak Up. Act Responsibly.
Because-
One responsible complaint can help stop an irregularity. One informed citizen can help protect many others. One safer healthcare system can help build a healthier nation. Join the Movement.
Nirapod Oushodh Chai- A public-interest movement for safer medicine, ethical healthcare, and protected people.
In Bangladesh, thousands of lives are put at risk daily due to counterfeit, adulterated, and expired medicines. To protect citizens from this silent epidemic and establish a secure healthcare ecosystem, "Nirapad Oushodh Chai" was founded as a mass social movement by conscious citizens and health professionals. We firmly believe that safe medicine is not a privilege, but a fundamental right for every individual.
Why We Exist
Safe healthcare is a right-not a privilege.
Nirapod Oushodh Chai is a public-interest, social, awareness-driven, and responsible initiative committed to promoting safe medicines, patient protection, and greater transparency, ethics, and accountability in healthcare. We recognize that people are often at their most vulnerable when they become ill and seek medical care. At such moments, no one should be exposed to unsafe medicines, deception, unnecessary financial pressure, unethical practices, avoidable harassment, or exploitation.
Our purpose is not to target individuals or oppose the healthcare profession.
We believe that a strong healthcare system depends on the combined efforts of:
- Responsible healthcare professionals;
- Ethical institutions;
- Effective public administration;
- Informed citizens;
- Strong accountability; and
- Constructive social participation.
Nirapod Oushodh Chai aims to contribute to that shared responsibility.
We provide a public-interest platform where citizens can raise concerns, share relevant information, and report suspected irregularities. Where appropriate, concerns may be responsibly reviewed and communicated to relevant authorities or institutions.
Our Core Belief-
“Silence allows irregularities to grow. Awareness creates the path to change.” We envision a society where ordinary people understand their healthcare rights, make informed decisions, and have responsible ways to raise concerns when they believe something is wrong.
We Stand For-
- Safe and quality-assured medicine.
- Patient-centered healthcare.
- Transparency and accountability.
- Protection of patient rights.
- Public awareness against irregularities.
- Evidence-based public-interest action.
- Constructive cooperation with authorities.
- A healthier, safer, and more informed society.
Nirapod Oushodh Chai - Standing for health, dignity, safety, and public interest.
Our primary goal is to eliminate counterfeit medicines from the market, ensure the accountability of pharmacies, and educate the public on safe medicine purchasing. Government efforts alone cannot eradicate this issue without active public participation and social resistance. Hence, we built this platform to empower citizens to report anomalies and actively drive this movemen
